SLEEVE- VG

sleeve is completely intact, shows some deterioration on silvered finish and wearing/softening on top and bottom edges, less so on spine. flip backs are still firmly in place and well formed. front and rear cover display mild ringwear.pictures and graphic are clear and bright and show minimal deterioration.

LP- EX

vinyl actually approaches mint there are no major marks on this thick vinyl LP and here is the good news, both sides play mint clear loud and smooth, tested loud great sound. surface noise is so minimal I have recorded no outstanding instances.

There are many spindle marks on the labels indicating amount of plays, the previous owner must have had a good setup because the sound is clear loud and undistorted at all times. as you can see said owner saw fit to inscribe her name on both labels which is obviously a great pity.

this copy is great for playing less so for looking at, perhaps an entry level purchase for new collector or back up copy for established collector for the joy of the music which is undeniably great!!

I have been dealing in rare, collectable and just downright good records and related items for just over fifteen years! I choose and describe the records I sell with care, buying records blind over the internet or by mailorder lists can be a risky business because you are never quite sure what you are going to get! As a collector myself I know I've been there, I've had the dissapointments and sinking feelings when a badly described or packaged item arrives through the mail. I deal in all sorts of music from POP to CLASSICAL and all stops in between. My records are graded about 12 inches from an extremely unforgiving 100W lamp so you will get more than a very fair grading!! If I award mint then it truly is mint!!

Whenever possible an audio grading will be offered also. I use a Systemdek 11X belt drive deck with a moth arm and grado cartridge powered by an immense and powerful ancient early 70's Hitachi HA-5300 amp which serves me very well. 45's are played on a Luxman PD1315 using the same amp. Speakers are a pair of compact but rich sounding MISSION 70's.

I use custom record mailing boxes with stiffeners to mail records, virtually eliminating sleeve damage in transit. Thinner sleeves particularly 12" singles will be bolstered with an extra poly lined sleeve within a fresh new card sleeve all housed in a polythene outer thus protecting the integrity of the product, this procedure will be repeated for those  7" singles and LP's which require it.
