THE LA DE DA’S-FIND US A WAY-1967 N.Z. FREAKBEAT ORG - EX (POKORA!) ULTRARARE NEW ZEALAND PSYCH/GARAGE CLASSIC – BARELY PLAYED !

Artists/Group: THE LA DE DA’S

Album Title: FIND US A WAY

On offer here is very nice copy of one of the very rarest New Zealand mid-sixties albums by the great Psych-Garage-Freakbeat Group THE LA DE DA’S. It is their second album ‚FIND US A WAY’ which was released in 1967 in New Zealand on the local PHILIPS Label. It contains 8 own compositions plus 4 great cover renditions of R&B, Freakbeat & Garage classics and is listed in Hans Pokora’s Record Collector Dreams Book . Recorded and Released by Zodiac Records Ltd.; Manufactured and Distrib uted by Philips Records N.Z. Ltd. , Wellington. Very hard to find in such nice collectable condition!

Track listing: Side 1: Find Us A Way; Goodbye Sisters; All Purpose Low; Too Many Fish In The Sea; Rosalie; I Gotta Woman   Side 2: Beside Me Forever; Tell The Truth; Gimme Some Lovin’; Sonny Boy; Cool Jerk; Thank You For The Flowers

Label: PHILIPS  (N.Z. black/silver label)

Cover Grade: EX   The fully textured & very thick and sturdy cardboard cover is in excellent condition. There is only very minor wear, i.e. the only imperfections some very small creases on the two lower corners. It is fully intact, quite clean and has no other defects whatsoever. Overall in very nice collectable condition!

Record Grade: EX   The heavy/thick vinyl record with deep groove has obviously barely been played. It displays full lustre and even under strong light the is almost no wear at all visible not even around the delicate black label spindle holes. I have test played the album of my Thorens TD 320 equipped with the delicate Shure MR V15 system and stylus and it plays a strong EX with practically no backgroudn noise (if slightly audible at all, then only in between the tracks).
