Description
This is a very rare original copy of the excellent CARIBE LP by THE LATIN JAZZ QUINTET + ERIC DOLPHY on Prestige Records (Mono, 8251) from 1960. A fantastic jazz record from this legendary artist. The vinyl is in VG- condition with lots of light marks and wear and some audible surface noise (light crackle); not for the most demanding audiophiles, but an enjoyable copy without skips or other anomalies ( i.e. sounds better than it looks thanks to a quality 1960s pressing). The cover is in G condition with a some scuffs and dings, obvious tearing on the lower half of the back side, a two-inch seam split at the top right corner, and a three-inch seam split at the center of the bottom edge, as pictured. Don't pass up a rare gem like this!
