Please be advised that opinions are subjective. I am an ex-collector as in I have not been a collector of these things for quite some time. I worked at a collectors store for quite some time and I was instructed on how to grade LP's from those whom knew as much about it as anyone possibly could. I think my grading is consistent with what most collectors would believe to be acceptable. M- in my opinion means the LP has been opened, played a few times and as such it has not accumulated any visual or audio wear. The album cover it's self is  M- . I'm saying M- just because the LP has been opened but there are no stains, rips, rubbing , fading or real signs of wear and tear. The only exception in relation to the cover is a very slight amount of rubbing in one of the corners; see pictures. This is a very rare first release by a one hit wonder if you will. Not many of these LP's were made because most of the fans opted to by the 45 instead or so I've heard. But I am certain that this is a very rare album at a very fair price. If you want this item please make you purchase promptly. I say this because when it starts heating up around here;  if this item hasn't been sold yet then I will end this listing. The shipping cost reflects my desire for this LP to arrive in the same condition as when it left.
