Description
This was Dan's band a couple of years before he went with Edgar Winter.
For Dan Hartman fans...This is about as rare as anything you're likely to find!
Dan Hartman ...."The Legends" ...(Dan, Joe C., Larry S.)..... on Up Records
Engineer was Gene Eichelberger
I think it was recorded at Baldwin Studios in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania...but I can't remember for sure.
Dan also produced a couple of records that our band did there.
This record is a very solid VG+
Side one title: "Why"
Side two title: "Baby Get Your Head Screwed On"
Dan was my best friend when we were both starting to play music professionally. (age 14?)
It was so much fun hanging out at his house with his mom and dad playing accordian and clarinet.
A totally musical family! They just loved to play!

when Dan and I were walking home from school one day,
and he just very casually said..."I'm gonna be a big star someday".
We all miss him a lot.
