Description
You are bidding on a rare, original, vintage, jazz, LP record album, from 1955, entitled, "The Magnificent Charlie Parker", on the Clef Records label #MGC-646. This is the original pressing. "MGC-646A" is machine stamped on the A side vinyl and "MGC-646-B" is machine stamped on the B side vinyl. The labels also have the deep groove. The classic black Clef labels with silver print are in excellent condition. There is only some tiny evidence of wear on the inside of the spindle hole. The vinyl is in beautiful condition and looks never played. The mirror-like vinyl gloss is tremendous. Included is the original, clear protective baggy, in excellent condition. The jacket is in very good plus condition with nice that have only with some very light wear. There is light corner wear with a 1/8 inch of fraying by the bottom right hand corner. There is some creasing (three inches or so) diagonally, on the upper right hand corner cover surface. There is some light soiling on the front cover against the yellow background, more so along the edges. The back side cover is very nice with some very light to light soiling against the white background, a little more so along the edges. There is a small corner pinch at the upper right hand corner.
