Comes with 3 double-sided 12" inserts: they are pictures of the band members and a lyrics sheet.
This has only been opened once and photographed to check and proove the color of the record. It has never been played. It is basically brand new. The original shrink wrap is still on it, but slit open with a razorblade to carefully remove the record to photograph. All inserts are included and original.
