Description
This is a brand new, UNOPENED Original Master Recording LP of The Manhattan Transfer Live. This is a half-speed mastered recording from the Original Stereo Master Tape. I purchased this album new as a backup in case my original copy ever got damaged. Since my original still plays beautifully, I'm putting this SEALED LP up for sale. It has always been stored vertically with all my other SEALED audiophile albums so it has basically never been taken out of my collection.
This was recorded live during 3 European concerts in 1978. To say that the performance is electrifying would be an understatement. The energy that this performance will bring to your listening room is unbelievable. As usual, the harmonies of the 4 voices are exquisite. This recording made me fall in love with this group and I own 5 of their other albums. A SEALED copy of this LP is very rare and would be a fine addition to any audiophile’s collection.
