Description
The 45 RPM record you are considering is a MEGA RARE ORIGINAL US SINGLE from 1958 by THE MARQUEES! Great group harmony sound from Columbus,Ohio.
Produced by DOM SURIANO & DAVE SEGEL. DOM SURIANO also wrote both tunes!

TRACKS- "Close To Me" dead wax ZTSC-10227-IKA, (Suriano) / "Ecstasy" dead wax ZTSC-10226-IKB, (Suriano)
This record had the same misspelling as the MONKEYS ten years later, but opposite, GENE JOSEPH TRIO vs JEAN JOSEPH TRIO?. I figure this is the REAL!!! 1st pressing! Pressings with GENE JOSEPH have a dead wax number ending in -IKA(A-side)/-IKB(B-side)! Pressings with JEAN JOSEPH(probably the corrected spelling) have a dead wax number ending in -IKC on both side?
CONDITION:
Vinyl looks a VG+!, has a lot of light scuffs, but nothing deep(hear).
PLAYS a Nice VG to VG+, has light ticks a pops mainly toward outer grooves. One pop about 2/3's of the way through B-side. No surface! ENJOYABLE SOUND!!
LABEL is a black with silver lettering, looks a Nice VG+!, has some ring wear and wear to outside edge of label with a few nicks to the paper(photo). NO WRITING, punch hole or STICKERS!!!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING has been running $4.32 media mail, 2nd record is free, .25cents each for additional.
My PREFERRED shipping container is the new white pizza, plenty of room for padding and does not het hot in the sun!
INTERNATIONALLY buyers can save $2 or $3 dollars, if they wish me to remove the protective cardboard. In the pizza box the bubble wrap serves as pretty good protection.
On bulk RECORD SALES I will give you the weight of the records, weight of box and packing still has to be added!
BULK SALES or FOREIGN SHIPMENTS will have to wait till I have them packaged up for a proper weight. Then I will send you a invoice.

OPTIONS
Save cost by choosing a good used box, when available.
Any record over $15 gets a strip of poly-foam around edge. If you choose for low cost records, it will provide at a cost $2.
BOXES
Used record box, cost .25 cents Holds one to four LPs.
New pizza box, cost .25 cents, provides 3/4in. around sides for padding. Holds one to seven LPs.
Large box 14x14X6, cost free at this point. Holds eight and up.
New record box, cost $1.50 Holds one to four LPs. Sturdy stiff cardboard, touch more room
New record box, cost .50cents Holds one to four LPs. Soft cardboard tight fit. New for me, untested as of yet.
PACKAGING
All records are shipped outside their jacket and original sleeves! Placed in poly-sleeve(new cost .10 cents, used free).
Records or magazines are sandwiched between two sturdy cardboard(or record jackets) that are as large or slightly larger than the item.
Record over $15 gets a strip of poly-foam around edge.
Packages are marked for records "FRAGILE" & "Avoid SUN or HEAT", magazines "Do NOT BEND".
FOREIGN SHIPPING COST
Cost can be lowered with used box and or less protection( bubble wrap vs cardboard protection).
CANADA starts at $9.45 for one LP in brown stiff LP(new box) or $8.45 for white softer LP(new box), goes up just under $2 for additional records.
The rest of the world generally starts at $17.42 for one LP in brown stiff LP(new box) or $16.42 for white softer LP(new box). Additional LPs generally raise the cost $4-$7 per disc.
There is NO TRACKING on foreign shipping!!!
