THE MARS VOLTA – Frances the Mute 12” 2005 Marble Green Vinyl with nice Promo Photo.
You are bidding for an original US pressing of the 2005 12” single Frances the Mute on the Gold Standard Laboratories label (Cat No: GSL 95).

Visually the disc is in great condition, the marble green vinyl has a beautiful sheen with labels which are clean and without spindle marking suggesting it hasn’t been played many times. Rotating on the deck it is flat with no evidence of warping.
Audibly it sounds great, with no issues or defects to note other than a little light background noise during the run in / out of each side, probably associated with the quality of the coloured vinyl used - so I would grade the vinyl overall as a nice Ex+.
The sleeve is in equally nice near perfect condition, so again graded Ex+.
What makes this extra nice is the inclusion of a band photo, suggesting this copy was probably sent out for promotional purposes.

Overall then I would describe this as a really nice copy of a collectable record which I would grade as Ex+/Ex+ (vinyl/sleeve).
