Seldom available in this condition and one of the harder numbers to find in the Tamla Oriole series, here's a stunning 1963 UK first issue copy of this classic Holland-Dozier-Holland penned tune from THE MARVELETTES with "LOCKING UP MY HEART" on the UK ORIOLE AMERICAN (TAMLA SERIES) imprint 45-CBA-1817 and backed with "FOREVER".
This copy remains in a very strong excellent plus verging more towards mint minus condition with the lightest of surface sleeve rubs not affecting play and plays superbly throughout with top audible quality and with minimal crackle on the run-in and run-out groove. It has the 4-prong centre intact and the labels are very clean on both sides with minimal spindle wear. Still paired with an unmarked original company sleeve and very much a top copy for the DJ or discerning collector (see picture scans).
The record has been play graded and is from my personal collection that I'm downsizing so why not check out my other listings for more great sounds.
