Record is in excellent, near Mint Condition with only a few fine Hairlines and light general Agewear discernable. Vinyl is still very shiny. Labels are in Mint Condition.
LP Cover is in excellent Condition with only some light Ring-and Agewear and a tiny Papertear on Back Cover to be noticed.

After having received my Invoice, please reply immediately and let me know what Payment Method you choose to prefer?! Immediate settling of Transaction is very much preferred! :-)
If after 2 Weeks no Payment has been received, I will be forced to put in an Non-paying Bidder Alert with eBay. That is necessary for me to do in Order to apply for a Commission Refund from eBay in Case the Customer defaults.
If there is still no Reply from the Buyer or still no Payment received, without further Warning I will be, sadly, pushed into having to leave negative Feedback - Something I would hate doing!
If within 4 Weeks from Closing Date of Auction the Transaction is still not completed, I will withdraw the Item from Sale and relist. Any such Negativity can be avoided by "good" Communication!
