Description
Original 1984 U.S. pressing on Plan 9 Records
Cover: VG++
Record: VG++ to NEAR MINT
We've included several photos of the record held over a lamp (the three distinct lines you see are just the lamp shade supports... not on the record). You'll notice that the vinyl appears solid black under normal conditions, but is semi-translucent when held in front of strong light (at which point it has a warm amber hue with streaks... looks like marble)
The labels are a dull black with legible “Hell-bent music” credit
The Misfits logo on the front cover is pinkish or a light violet.
Each side of the record has a tiny circled “EDP” machine-stamped in the dead wax
Side A is hand-etched “PL-903-A” & “TR PA 5-84”
Side B is hand-etched “PL-903-B” & “TR 5-84”
There are no other numbers, marks or symbols in the dead wax
This a guaranteed first pressing from May 1984
This LP comes from a collection of top-condition punk LPs. The owner transferred his LPs to cassette for listening purposes, so the records remain in unhandled NEAR MINT shape. Combine orders and save on shipping!
