Okay guys. Before you read on, please know that I'm not a record dealer... I'm just a guy that sells on eBay for a living and I happened to come across this record at a garage sale last summer. 
I took a guess at the "grading", so don't think too much of it. The record has no warping, and only a few minor scuffs and dust. Otherwise, very clean. Labels very nice on both sides. 
The outside sleeve has a lot of shelf wear, but the original seams are still glued together fine. One small piece of tape in the top right corner. No holes worn through anywhere. 
From what I can gather, this is a fairly rare record. PLEASE use the pictures to gauge condition. 
IT WILL BE SHIPPED IN A PROPER RECORD MAILER! LP will be placed outside of the original sleeve and wrapped in bubble wrap and thin foam for safe shipping.
