THE MODS - 'Lost Touch'
Vinyl LP, c.1990(?).
Excellent condition (both sleeve and record).
This is an interesting one. When I acquired this eight-track album I was told that it contained the demos of the same 'The Mods' who appeared on the brilliant 'Mods Mayday '79' live album. The tracks are absolutely superb and all sound EXACTLY like a 1979-era Revival band. However, I have no way of proving that it is THAT particular band.
I took a leap of faith with it and it paid off because I love it.
There is no track listing on the album (either on the sleeve or the disc) and none of them are the tracks that The Mods released on the 'Mods Mayday '79' album.
The release is on Bootlegged Records. Catalogue number: Bootlegged 007.
