Here is a super clean and great sounding  EXCELLENT PLUS (EX+) condition 45 RPM copy THE MODS performing their cult classic Canadian Punk Rock tunes "STEP OUT TONIGHT" and "YOU USE ME". Outer sleeve has light storage and handling wear, but is overall in very nice condition. This hard to find private press Punk single was released on the WHITE COLAR SONGS label with the inventory code MOD-001.
