This purchase is for an entire set of 12 Monkees cereal box records = one complete set. All records are in excellent condition. Over the course of several years I have put together a few sets and decided to sell this one. It can take a really long time to put together a decent set, because the condition of the records that you find can vary pretty drastically. I only collected the absolute best ones.

There were 12 different cereal box records made for The Monkees. These were released in 1970 by Post cereals. These records were pressed right onto the cardboard back of the cereal box and you cut them out with scissors. There were 3 different designs that came with different cereals - each design had it's own group of 4 songs and is stamped with a number 1 through 4 letting you know which song is on the record (a total of 12 different songs to complete the set).

These are like thin plastic flexi-discs pressed onto a cardboard cereal box backing. The cereal box record set released by Rhino a few years ago are completely different than these originals (different graphics and different songs).
