Description
Here's an original still sealed 1968 copy of The Monkees "Head" soundtrack. Please read on for some details.
As you can see in the pics, there's a sizeable piece of the shrink removed from the front, and over the years some resultant funk settled under there. When I bought this there was some just like it on the exposed cover as well, but because it's foil it wiped off fine. There's also some funk under the back cover on the right.
Now, you the collector need to decide how you feel about it. If you never plan to open this then it's probably going to stay as is. If you open it, I do think the front should clean up nice, but the back could be questionable.
Otherwise, there's a slight storage curve (pictured) and corner bend, probably more from the shrink being on for 56 years.
Considering all that, this isn't a perfect copy, but it is an original sealed press. Due to the condition it's sold as-is, no returns.
