I am selling my Picture Disc album of Monkee Business by the Monkees - it is a 1982 release which I bought this from Virgin Record when it was new and then kept in a cupboard...I never actually played it as thought it might be collectable and know how record collectors like things 'just so', so it is essentially mint and unplayed after 30 years or so...
I obviously have no way 100% of establishing it plays OK without invalidating it's 'mint' status, but I certainly can't see any marks on the disc and have no reason to believe it has any imperfections, so selling on this basis and with this in mind.
The sleeve is also in excellent condition - I will post it using a robust record mailer to keep it safe, though I'm not a professional record seller, it would be tragic if it was damaged in transit...
I believe it's quite rare now, I just liked it at the time as the image on the disc was from the Daydream Believer video and I always like the Monkees as a kid...
