THE MONKEES ~ HEAD
1st pressing LP 1968 on the COLGEMS label cat # COSO-5008 ( stereo USA )
NICE NICE NICE 1ST PRESSING SOUNDTRACK TO THE JACK NICHOLSON DIRECTED MOVIE - HARD TO FIND PSYCH LP IN THIS CONDITION! fank zappa frank zappa frank zappa frank zappa frank zappa
Most of these LPs that I am listing come from an estate sale in Northern Arizona. This gentleman had over 7000 mint, sealed, and or very very nice 60's / PSYCH / PROG / FOLK / ROCK / JAZZ / AND HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER records. The way they are offering it to the public is kind of a pain so keep checking back as I am listing several this week and more as I aquire it. Very MODEST reserve prices have been placed on some of the rarer items but again, they are modest.
CONDITION
COVER grades VG++ w/ light hints of wear on the front but not distracting in normal light. No corners of the foil coming up and NO seam splits, tears or rips to the cover at all. One "bubble" in foil from the word HEAD to the mouth. Narrow and clean however. Back cover has very little wear with just a touch of ringwear towards the bottom. Nice! THE PHOTO DOES THIS LP NO JUSTICE!!! THIS IS THE NICEST COPY I HAVE PERSONALLY SEEN OF THIS RARE PSYCH TITLE VERY VERY NICE AND CLEAN!
SPINE is very nice and strong with all writing legible.
VINYL grades NM in bright light. Looks Unplayed but for my play grade. One spindle mark on side 2 and a few microscopic spindles on the other side. Labels are A+ ! LP COMES WITH ORIGINAL LP SLEEVE AND BRAND NEW AUDIOPHILE SLEEVE. VERY COOL DR. ROBERTS! Hate to part with this one!
