I have graded this record as an EX-
It's really in great condition. There are a few scratches and 2 or 3 are more noticable than the others but they don't really affect play. There are a few marks on the labels but you can see them clearly on the pictures, so you know exactly what to expect but they don't affect play in any way. This record is mega rare and is incredibly sought after. Don't miss out on your chance to own it as this record rarely turns up on ebay. PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS THE DEMO, NOT THE REGULAR RELEASE. THIS IS MUCH HARDER TO COME BY, ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION.
