On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Nice called 'Thoughts Of Emerlist Davjack' and is an ORIGINAL 1967 UK STEREO 'Earliest' 1st pressing on the 1st Press LILAC/GREY Immediate Label!!!! THIS LP IS WITHOUT ANY DOUBT THE RAREST NICE RECORD EVER!!!!  IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND IT WILL SURELY BE A VERY VERY LONG TIME BEFORE YOU SEE ANOTHER!!!!  I WILL EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHY THIS LP IS SO AMAZINGLY RARE!!!!  

THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED IN DECEMBER 1967 ON THE LILAC/GREY IMMEDIATE LABEL.  HOWEVER IT COMPLETELY FLOPPED ON RELEASE AND SOLD VIRTUALLY NO COPIES AT ALL!!!!  THEN 7 MONTHS LATER IN JULY 1968 THE NICE HAD THEIR FIRST SUCCESS WITH THE SINGLE 'AMERICA' - WHICH STAYED IN THE CHARTS FOR OVER 3 MONTHS!!!!  AND IT WAS ONLY THEN THAT SALES OF THEIR 1ST LP BEGAN TO TAKE OFF!!!!  HOWEVER BY THEN THE IMMEDIATE LABEL HAD CHANGED FROM THE ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS LILAC/GREY IMMEDIATE LABEL - TO THE PINK IMMEDIATE LABEL!!!!  AND THIS IS WHY EVERY COPY OF THEIR 1ST LP YOU SEE IS ON THE PINK IMMEDIATE LABEL (WHICH IS ACTUALLY OF COURSE A LATER PRESSING FROM MID 1968 ONWARDS) - AND VIRTUALLY NONE EVER TURN UP ON THE ULTRA RARE 'LILAC/GREY' 1ST PRESS IMMEDIATE LABEL!!!!  BUT THIS ONE IS!!!!  THIS IS THE ULTRA RARE DECEMBER 1967 100% GENIUNE 'EARLIEST' STEREO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS LILAC/GREY IMMEDIATE LABEL AND IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT IT HAS THE 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE' 1ST PRESS STEREO MATRIXES OF 1Y/2Y (LATER CHANGED) AND THE 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE' LABEL TEXT - WITH 'SOLD IN THE UK' TEXT ON THE BOTH LABELS (THIS TEXT WAS DROPPED FROM ALL IMMEDIATE LABELS IN EARLY 1968)!!!!  DONT UNDERESTIMATE THE SERIOUS RARITY OF FINDING A 100% GENIUNE DECEMBER 1967 'EARLIEST' STEREO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS LILAC/GREY IMMEDIATE LABEL!!!!  IT WILL SURELY BE A VERY VERY LONG TIME BEFORE YOU SEE ANOTHER!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION AND HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1967 UK 'EARLIEST' STEREO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS LILAC/GREY IMMEDIATE LABEL, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'SOLD IN THE UK' TEXT, 1ST PRESS 'PATENTS APPLIED FOR' INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS STEREO COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL UK STEREO 1st pressing from 1967 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is IMSP 016 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Immediate label (see picture) and is a UK STEREO 1st pressing!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and only a few light spindle marks!!!!  The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 VERY light hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!!  It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Patents Applied For' inner sleeve!!!!  The 1st Press STEREO Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has barely ANY edge wear (NOT through the colour), barely ANY spinal wear (virtually ALL the side words are PERFECTLY readable), only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a few light creases (cover is flat looking), barely ANY rubbing AT ALL, only very VERY slight ringwear, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the unlaminated back is in BRILLIANT condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, barely ANY rubbing, only VERY slight ringwear, a couple of TINY indentations (NOT through the colour), and NO yellowing!!!!  This cover MUST grade Very Good++ if not better!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!
