Yesterday I didn't even know I had this record. It wasn't until I went to a record fair with a recently acquired collection that a lifelong friend had given me, that this was pulled out of my box of 'miscellaneous' singles by an astonished buyer. I had not even looked up most of the collection, so was astounded to find that this was highly sought after and valuable. Needless to say, I didn't sell, despite being offered a large sum by another stall-holder, as e-bay really is the only way to sell this extremely collectable and rare piece of musical history.
To my knowledge, only one other copy of this record on Philips has been sold on e-bay.
This single has been reproduced on compilations and rereleased in later years, but this UK 1969 original Philips copy is in very good to excellent condition and still has the Philips paper sleeve. The vinyl has no scratches and is still shiny.
