THE PAUL BUTTERFIELD BLUES BAND (Debut Album) – Elektra EKL-294 (MONO!) . Disc, Labels and Sleeve are Near Mint. Sleeve still retains most of its Shrink Wrap (some of it has come loose on the backside, but is still all there). Mono Closeout Sticker from 1968 affixed to shrink, not LP sleeve.
The Paul Butterfield Band’s debut album, featuring its original, right-between-the-eyes Mono Mix. Band personnel is Butterfield (vocals and harmonica); Mike Bloomfield (lead guitar – credit here says “slide guitar”); Elvin Bishop (rhythm guitar); Jerome Arnold (bass); Sam Lay (drums); and Mark Naftalin (organ). Titles are: Born In Chicago; Shake Your Money Maker; Blues With A Feeling; Thank You Mr. Poobah; I Got My Mojo Working; Mellow Down Easy; Screamin’; Our Love Is Drifting; Mystery Train; Last Night; and Look Over Yonder’s Wall.
All vinyl records from VinylKing46 (eBay’s ORIGINAL VINYLKING) are pre-cleaned and inserted into paper inner sleeves before mailing to Buyer (unless factory sealed). Discs are packaged separately from LP sleeve to protect against seam splitting (unless factory sealed). LP jackets are inserted into mylar outer sleeves and albums are shipped in LP-specific boxes and packed with bubble wrap. All items are shipped no more than 1-2 days after payment is received.
I grade conservatively and by Goldmine standards.
