Condition Vinyl: VG+ (shows a few visible scuff marks, but nothing major; vinyl is pretty glossy; not a near mint copy, but still good collector's condition)
Condition Sleeve: VG++/EX; generic white sleeve (spine shows some minor wear); sleeve is signed by all the artists / band members including P.E. Hewitt - this maybe a unique copy considering how rare it is
