Description

Up for sale in this auction is a rare original MONO pressing of The Peanut Butter Conspiracy's debut LP, "Is Spreading". This is an original 1967 1st pressing with the "360 Sound" center labels. Vinyl is in EX condition, fresh and glossy. Obviously rarely played and always stored and cared for properly. Center labels are clean. This is a fantastic copy of this record. Rated at EX conservatively, much nicer than VG+, nearly NM. Jacket is rated at VG+ condition with only some minor discoloration/spotting on the back and some light corner wear. Very nice copy of this rare Acid Rock classic debut LP.

Please see photos or ask questions before bidding!

Goldmine Grading System:

  • SS  Still Sealed
  • M  Mint - Perfect in all ways.
  • M- Mint Minus - Near perfect, most likely and unplayed record
  • NM- Near Mint Minus - Extremely well cared for record. Probably a record that's been around for some years but extremely well looked after, but still not quite new enough to call Mint.
  • VG++ Very Good Plus - As close to NM as it comes.
  • VG+  Very Good Plus - Very close to like new with only superficial signs of use that do not affect playability. Only records stored and used with care will grade out to VG+.
  • VG Very Good - A used, reasonable copy that plays. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of some light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still nice and playable.
  • VG- Very Good Minus - A record with significant wear and marks. Records graded VG-usually have some noticeable surface noise.
  • G+ Good Plus. 'Good' means pretty beat up. From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about extremely beat up records.
