Description
THE PHANTOMS – THE LEGENDARY W&G SESSIONS – Canetoad CTLP -016.
A compilation album featuring tracks from the Australian early 60’s instrumental group that was heavily influenced by The Shadows. Some of the later tracks on the album feature vocals (the Beatles influence was everywhere). They actually toured with The Beatles.
An original member was bass player, Pete Watson who along with a later addition to the band, Mike Brady would go on to form MPD Ltd.
