Description
Available here is a 4x10” vinyl box set by The Pixies - Death To The Pixies. A limited edition, it was issued in the UK by 4AD in 1997with the catalogue number DADD 7011.
A superb box set, it consists of a robust outer slipcase, 4x10" records in individual picture sleeves and plain black card inners. There is also a 12-page booklet of artwork, a band biography and discography, housed inside its own protective gatefold picture sleeve.
Vinyl Condition - Excellent - All of the records look barely played and are bright and clean and free from any marks or scratches. Having listened all the way through, I can confirm that there is no jumping or sticking and no clicks. Background noise and crackle is virtually non-existence but any trace is always going to be lost behind the rocky onslaught.
Box/Cover/Sleeve Condition - Excellent - All of these component parts are free from any damage and only the lightest signs of wear will be found. Minor marks to the outer box. Each record has its own individual outer cover and inner sleeve.

If possible I use good clean recyclable material but I also buy bubble wrap, brown paper, packing tape and glue and all items are well wrapped and protected before posting. Items are also weighed and postage calculated before I list at auction and a small percentage of the charge does go towards packing costs.
