US 7" Show #16 04/10/79 RKO National Tape Service Inc In-House ¼" Reel Tape with Cue Sheet
Tape is in Excellent condition.
This is a mega rare BBC Rock Hour/London Wavelength reel to reel tape. This came from a collection owned by a former radio DJ and program director who took them home from the station, put them into storage and left them there for nearly thirty years. This was probably played once and stored, as was the norm for this type of show back in those days. The cue sheet and press release is complete!
The sound quality is amazing, being a broadcast reel tape. This was recorded via the radio station sound truck within the Polytechnic. 9 of the tracks were broadcast by BBC2 as part of there Rock Goes To College Concert series, which showcased up an coming live bands on the College circuit. Fantastic concert from the Outlandos Tour, which was The Police's first official tour! Sound quality is amazing!
Good luck!
Will ship worldwide with on line tracking for $15.00.
