I would say the cover is in VG+ (small tear on cover lower right) and the Vinyl in VG+/EX condition. The grades were determined by using Goldmine grading standards, but I am NOT a record grader and this record has NOT been played so (See pictures for yourself) This is an awesome and Rare record and is in good condition for record this old.
