I'm not a professional record grader.  See pics for condition.
No major issues noticed other than some edge wear & corner wear on the album jacket as well as some surface marks on the vinyl (see pics).
I bought this used over 10 years ago from a reputable local record shop, and it's been sitting unplayed on my record shelf ever since.
Comes from a clean, smoke-free, pet-free home.
