THE RISING STORM "Calm Before..."  Remnant Records BBA-3571 Monaural VINYL RECORD ALBUM

I've owned this album since the early '80s but had no idea how rare it was until today. It's been in a box in storage since I moved to LA from NYC in 1984. Finally listened to it for the first time today and now I know why it's so legendary. Amazing album.
Since this album is so rare and valuable I posted loads of photos of the jacket. As you can see it has some wear but is in surprisingly good condition. No seam splits or wrinkles.
The vinyl is also in excellent shape. I noticed a few scratches on side one but nothing on side two. I went to play it and forgot to clean the vinyl as there was no dust on it at all. Crazy. There's almost no surface noise, no skips and the occasional tick. Most are faint. It sounds as good as a contemporary album not one from over 40 years ago. I decided to catalog the ticks and such below.
Here's my grading system. I'm not a pro vinyl seller so this is the best way I can think of to explain the condition IN DETAIL. Of course this is subjective to my ears but I tried to err on the side of caution. Tick - noticeable over the music Light tick - blends in with the band Faint tick - probably won't notice unless you're looking for it
