1st ALBUM
Label: DECCA ~ Cat No: LK 4605
Matrix No's: XARL- 6271-1A/6272-3A
On offer here is the CLASSIC and RARE ROLLING STONES 1st Album from 1964.
This is the ORIGINAL 1st PRESSING to have the 4.06 mins Version of "TELL ME", which replaced the very quickly withdrawn and Ultra Rare pressing with the 2.52 mins version.
The Nice Heavy Vinyl is in BEAUTIFUL ORDER with just some light surface marks evident, but after cleaning and playing through twice, I can confirm that it really does play SUPERBLY with only very minor surface noise (this is only audible in the quietest of passages). There are NO heavy pops or clicks and NO skips or jumps.
The "Grooved" Labels with the "MADE IN ENGLAND . THE DECCA RECORD CO. LTD." Text above the DECCA logo (which denotes this being a Very Early Pressing), are in Very Nice Order showing just some light spindle wear (see photo's).
The Front Laminated Flipback Cover is in EX- CONDITION. The front lamination retaining a Beautiful Glossy Shine and the rear of the cover is still nice and white with NO writing or grubby marks and only minimal edge and spine wear (see photo's) SUPERB!!!
Comes Complete with the Original Poly Lined Company Inner Sleeve with NO splits or tears.
THERE IS NO RESERVE ON THIS RARE ALBUM, SO DON'T MISS OUT!!!!
