THE ROLLING STONES-BEGGARS BANQUET
AN ORIGINAL AND 1ST UK PRESSING OF THIS CLASSIC LP AS INDICATED BY THE "UNBOXED" DECCA LOGO AND THE MATRIX OF XZAL-8476-1K AND 8477--4K .IT IS ALSO IN THE MOST LOVELY CONDITION !!!
Sleeve-Made by Garrod and Lofthouse.A respectable sleeve.Some ringwear and some corner,edge and opening wear.Odd marks and nicks.Overall still clean and strong and a nice example for its age.
Inner-The polylined stereo inner is in a strong condition with no splits.
Labels-Made in England labels are clean showing minor spindle lines only.
Vinyl- STILL HAS A RICH DEEP GLOSS TO BOTH SIDES. There are marks,surface scratches and hairlines visible-mainly under light.
Playback- VERY ENJOYABLE AND VERY CLEAR WITH NO SKIPS OR JUMPS.There are odd ticks (mainly during the dead wax).There is some light crackle in places but overall I found it to be a VERY enjoyable listen.Certainly in my opinion a very respectable example.
VERY highly priced in record circles...this is not to be missed.
