Description

This Auction is for the Double Album "Exile On Main St", By The Rolling Stones, with the original Inner Sleeves, issued in 1972. The Cover is in Excellent, Solid Condition, having only a slight bit of shelf wear. There are no separations at the Gatefold. There is an Inscription on the Front of the Cover, in the middle of the second row of pictures, that reads "May 12 1972". I've never seen this on any other Exile Albums, and assume that the Original Owner purchased the Album on that date. It doesn't take away from the Albums appearance, and would still look great framed! The Original Inner Sleeves are also Excellent, having no rips, tares or creases. Both Records are in Near Mint Condition, having no visible scratches that I can see. All four sides play through very well with no issues, and hardly any play noise. It has a bit of that "Good Old Album Aroma", that every Collector loves! I am Liquidating a Collection that I have accumulated since the Mid 1960's. I do not consider myself to be an expert in the field of record collecting. All the Albums that are being sold, have been well taken care of over the years, to the best of my ability. Each Album is being played, in its entirety, on my Dual 1245 Turntable prior to being listed. Any issues that I have detected, are listed above. My description is based on what I can hear, see with the naked eye, and what you can see in my photos. This is being offered AS IS, and with No WARRANTY.   Take a close look at all the pictures, and feel free to ask any questions you may have. This will make a fine addition to any Vintage Vinyl Record Collection. Also, check out the other Albums I have listed this week. I am always open to combining shipping.
