Description

Original Vinyl Double Album 1972 U.K. Issue of Exile On Main Street by The Rolling Stones. COC69100
The gatefold sleeve has a sticker on front cover (black with album title) placed next to title on cover for some reason, and an old price sticker on back of the cover. Left seam has a taped edge. The right seam where the spine printing should be is plain black, the spine text is missing from the spine and is misprinted onto the back of the sleeve parallel to the spine, please see photos. General edge wear, clean inside. Original printed inner card sleeves are in very good condition. The two discs both have several light surface playing marks, no deep scratches, clean labels. Plays through well throughout with just a little surface noise here and there. A pretty decent copy anyway but made unusual by the misprinting of the spine text, have had many copies of Exile over the years and seen hundreds but never this placing of the spine text in the wrong place before! No Postcards present. Any questions please ask.
