Complete with picture sleeve and company sleeve.
Extremely hard to find even in Japan.

Sleeve is in EX- condition.
Disc is in VG/EX-(Side A/B) Side A/B condition.（A remarkable scratch?marks? on side A.It has some noice but not skip.) Condition
SEALED= Unopened / new old article
MINT= almost same as a new article
EX+= there are some slight marks, no noise
EX= Although there are external crack and noise, but it is almost good
EX-= Little deep cracks and noise, but grade which is equal to appreciation
VG= Many deep cracks and noise
