THE STORY HOW Member capaldinif ruined my profile in all it's detail - From Paris With Love:

1. capaldinif won a Gun Club album in June 2009 and started complaining about the postage - which was "too high" for him right after the auction's end. No idea why he didn't sort this out before like all good Ebayers but... that was nothing comapred to what was to come!
2. Right after he received the record he started complaining about the condition. I described it as "Excellent" and as it came from my personal collection, I stuck by that. Too bad he expected "Mint" or "Near Mint". Being fair I offered him to send the record back and get his money. And then... all hell broke loose: Mr. capaldinif didn't want to send it back but a "substantial" refund. If I didn't give this he would leave negative feedback, so that everyone could see how "dishonest" I was.
3. As a friend had another of these albums I offered him to send me the sleeve so I could send him back another. He send the sleeve but he send it "Economy" and "Unregistered". After it didn't arrive for four weeks he again started insulting me, claiming I got it and would keep it on purpose "to laugh in my face" and again started to blackmail me with negative feedback and all kinds of threads. AND NOW THINGS GET INTERESTING:
4. After four weeks the sleeve finally arrived and as I'm trying to be honest, I E-Mailed Mr. capaldinif and told him that all is OK, the parcel arrived and I would send it back registered at my own expenses. Unfortunately my other copy was sold already so I couldn't exchange the sleeve. Guess what happened? He got the sleeve back and instead of being thankful he wrote a mail complaining about the condition, making me responsible for damages that were caused when he chose to send it economy, surface mail and... wanting a REFUND or threatend to leave negative feedback. Back to start.. After that I couldn't help but tell the man to leave me alone. What does Ebay do? Uhhhmmmm. Nothing. All in all a prime example of Ebay gone wrong: All this guy did was complaining how "bad" my profile was and how he could make it even worse, how "dishonest" I was. Not one nice word, not one attempt to calm things down. Not one word of thank or excuse. Just one quote to give you an idea about capaldinif and his idea of communication: "i had some problems with not honest sellers in the past on ebay and believe me now they have no ebay accounts anymore!!!your feedback rating is very bad for now..97,9%..perhaps it s gonna be worst...up to you!!" But he wasn't finished yet, he filed a PayPal claim, lost it and left me a negative feedback as a cheap revenge. Enough for most people, but not for Mr.capaldinif who immediately send me the following mail: "don t laugh too fast.. the story is not finished!! now i ll do my best that you ll be not able to sell on ebay! person so insulting like you! not honest will stop selling items on ebay!" All of the above sentences are quotes from capaldinif's letters without any changes - Make up your own mind!

Juli 21st I received a new E-Mail from France: "you still alive!! i was sure you were dead!! you just won a battle here! war is not ended(this one) for now go to hell with inpolite,dishonnest,not fair people!!you re a real thief man!!" Looks like this man has serious troubles.... On Juli 28th I received an E-Mail from a US-Seller teling me that he had EXACTELY the same problems with capaldinif but in order to protect his profile decided rather to lose money than receive a negative feedback. When is Ebay going to do something to stop people like that?

UPDATE 2010: On the 9th of February a seller left a positive feedback in capaldinif's profile with the comment "Buy and NOT PAYING! look out! Cancels orders and let the seller pays the costs!!", If you doublecheck the sellers profile on the 8th of February you will discovers capaldinif's NEGATIVE FEEDBACK: "made error told seller to cancel..even that he opened a dispute!not honest" Any more questions? Only one: When will Ebay do something against such an obvious abuse of Ebay rules????
