The grooves look clean & have lots of shine.  Plays clear and excellent with some light surface noise during quieter parts & silent section between songs.  Small writing in pen on top of one label.

 

Cover Condition: Very Good+

 

There is a small tear of the platic at the top.  Overall, the cover is still in excellent shape.  Hard to find Taiwan covers still in this nice of a condition.
