Very few informations found on internet. Same catalogue number as the Belgian issue. The sleeve is the french one (79.039 S), maybe not the original one.

Sleeve is VG (dirt, wear on edges, small seam split on spine)
Record is VG/VG+ with some scuffs and surface marks.
