1st US edition, 1967, with 3-D/lenticular band image on the front cover

-VINYL (PLAY TESTED):  flat & clean / scuffs and fine scratches all over (there was one forward groove jump - non repeating - in the beginning of side two ... I was able to dial it out, but results may vary depending on equipment and settings) / some surface noise, mostly audible on the outer rim, dead wax & quiet passages / red felt marking on one label
-COVER:  this edition includes the glued-on, plastic 3D band photo / general moderate wear, mostly on the edges & corners / about a 3.5 inch split at the top, starting on the open end / very nice inside the gatefold / two small markings on the front, two on the back (one small with ballpoint pen, the other large with red marker)

-INNER SLEEVE:  original red smoke inner / clean / center split at the bottom
