Beat Zenith.com Rolling Stones U.S. LP Label History says the unboxed London mono maroon label is "the first true 100% U.S. pressed editions". But they "do exist in a far more rare stereo form". This unboxed London stereo version of NOW is a rare 1st pressing. Also showing a 1st pressing is the "blind man" text on the back cover, top right column (see pic). Later pressings omitted this text and changed the liner notes. Deadwax matrix machine stamps: Side 1-ZAL-6691-1 Side 2-ZAL-6692-1. The album cover is a strong VG+: no splits, no writing, slight ringwear on the top and bottom of the front, top seam and spine are in really good shape, there's a little shelf wear on the bottom seam. The back cover looks great. The vinyl is VG+: some very fine lines only seen under a strong light that wouldn't effect play, a 1/8 inch very light scratch on "You Can't Catch Me" side 1 that you can barely feel with your finger. The record retains a lot of original gloss. Visually inspected only. Classic, rare 50 year old album by The Greatest Rock n Roll Band Of All Time. Original stereo London record sleeve included.
