Great sounding record, slightly more surface noise on B side, but still a strong disc.
All of our records are play graded on a Thorens MKII table, Soundcraftsmen preamp and amp, and Allison Audio speakers. We play every record ALL the way through, on BOTH sides. ALL records are CLEANED on a Nitty Gritty machine. We grade according to the specifications below, please see our system, it is same standards used by Classic45s.com. Warps will affect the grade if they affect the audio. Very slight warping is common on 45's--even new ones--and will not reduce the grade of an otherwise mint record. We try to be as conservative and accurate in grading as possible, we know the point is to enjoy the sound of the music. We do not sell records graded less than G, and rarely a G unless it has a redeeming quality, which will be noted. Every 45 comes in a brad new white sleeve. Please feel free to send any questions.
45 GRADING SYSTEM
M - Sounds brand new. (Note that with 45rpm records, this does NOT mean there is no surface noise at all.)
NM - Near mint audio has some minor surface noise, but nothing distracting. Listening with headphones may reveal more surface noise than listening through speakers.
EX - Audio in this grade has noticeable surface noise, but nothing that detracts from the enjoyment of the music. Despite some possible treble distortion (typical of older records), the record sounds great.
VG - Audio in this grade has some surface noise that detracts somewhat from the music. The audio should still be enjoyable, but the surface noise is of a level that may be somewhat distracting in spots.
G - Audio in this grade is not really "Good" at all. However, the record does not skip and plays all the way through.Typically, records in this condition are those you would purchase to fill a hole in your collection until a better copy comes along.
