THE SEVENS - Same (Swiss Layola 70.011) 1966
Ultra Rare Original of this Swiss Garage Beat masterpiece, a legendary rarity of which only very few copies have surfaced over the years. The fragile cover consists of 2 flimsy pages that foldopen, similar to South American covers and is in remarkably good condition with no heavy ringwear, tears or writing, just light creasing and minimal starting wear. Strong VG+ to VG++.
The record has survived some wild excessive Swiss underground parties but shows a lot of marks ,scratches and scuffs. There is also a gentle warp which absolutely does not affect play on my system at 1.5 g. The great news here is that the record plays amazingly well with some occasional background noise and crackle , never disturbing or overwhelming. Similar to Litter "Distortions" or CA Quintet , this is a very high quality pressing and playback is much better than the visual grade of G. A great player copy and offered here with no reserve!
