** Rare 1980 original release STANLEY KUBRICK soundtrack vinyl LP in stunning NEAR MINT condition. I have owned this LP from new, and it has only been played, very few times.. (about 10..), on a Thorens TD 126 turntable. It is thus in truly superb condition, and as near to perfect as you will ever find (see photos). All original UK copies of this album were pressed in Germany. This record is one for the serious collector, who values superb condition items.**
A Near Mint condition disc. No surface marks of any kind. Lustrous, shiny vinyl. No spindle marks / wear. Original STEREO mixes of both sides. No skips, jumps, warps, writing on labels, scuffs or scratches to vinyl. Near perfect sound quality throughout. Hardly any surface noise at all - as good as new. Tested on a Thorens turntable.
Sleeve in Near Mint condition. Still crisp, and near perfect. No seam splits anywhere. No wear or damage to spine.
Original company inner sleeve in Near Mint condition. No seam splits. Still in crisp condition.

GRADING:
All records are graded using the UK ‘Record Collector’ format:
MINT (M):
The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR (F): The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD (B): The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
