Due to the nature of the items we sell, i.e., 50's 60's 70's and 80's retro goods there is under normal circumstances wear and tear. If you receive an item that you feel is outside the description stated please email us with your comments and we will try to work out a solution.
Our refund policy is that if there is a legitimate reason we will refund.
Please note that if insurance for items being sent is required this must be stated at the end of the auction so that a quote may be given. We keep a proof of posting for all items that we send.
International Bidders. We are happy to accept bids from other countries. The postage costs always varies from country to country so it's advised that you contact us for a quote before bidding.
Feedback. We always leave appropriate feedback on items and would expect the same back. If you have any negative feedback please contact us before and we will endeavour to sort out your complaint prior to leaving feedback. If there is anything outside of our power we will request help from EBay.
Bidders with bad feedback. We have block bids from people with -1 feedback. Bidders with 2 NPB strikes have also been blocked. If you would like to place a bid with us but have been blocked, sent us an email to inform us of your intentions then we can make a decision on letting you bid.
New EBay users. We welcome new users to view and bid on our items. But due to a recent spate of hoax bidders, we ask you just to send us an email to confirm your intentions. New users help to make eBay successful, we are always happy to help
Descriptions. We try to describe our items the best of our knowledge. Sometimes we do list things that are outside our normal field of knowledge and so we may make small mistakes. It is always best to ask us questions if something is unclear.
Sizing. We Often list 'Sizes' on our auctions. These should always be read as Approximate. For clothing we list any size that is on labels.
Payment. We Accept payment via Paypal, Personal Cheque in Pound Sterling, or Postal orders in pound sterling. Payment must be made within 7 days of the auction ending, we reserve the right to issue a NPB alert via ebays procedures.
