Description

YEAR/LABEL : 1987 BBC CN4890/S LP

Duration: Side A: 27'36", Side B : 29'42"

An extremely rare 1987 BBC Transcription Service LP. Recorded live at the National Club in North London. This is the rarer of the two Smiths BBC recordings. Comes with 2 copies of the cue sheet (original double-sided, not a photocopy) and also includes the ultra-rare hype sheet. As you can see from the photos, this is an authentic “green label” BBC Transcription Disc, not a bootleg copy.

Condition:  VG+ I’ve taken some close-up photos of the playing surface. Clean, no marks, plays perfectly with minimal surface noise. Jacket is VG, slight ring wear, no seam splits.

Buy it now bonus: if you "buy it now". I'll include a copy of the Canadian 7" pressing of "That Joke Isn't Funny Anymore" b/w "Meat Is Murder", discogs r5348121.

Payment: PayPal - item will ship max 2 business days after payment is received. Typically I ship next day.

Will ship to: Canada and USA. If you’re in another part of the world, please contact me before you buy. To protect myself from fraudulent transactions, I accept payments ONLY from VERIFIED PayPal accounts.

Shipping: Default shipping for records is Canada Post. CAD $35 will cover shipping to  Canada or Continental USA. I can ship via other methods if you have a preference (at your cost).

CAD $40 shipping to countries in Western Europe.

For buyers in the USA, you are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or other import charges. Item made in UK.

I’ve sold records and a bit of pro audio equipment on eBay over the years; it’s been a while since I listed much of anything. I’m not a broker or bulk buyer/flipper, all of the records I’m selling have been in my personal collection for over 30 years. My feedback speaks for itself - item will be well-packaged and as described. I package records with exceptional care - I use real LP mailers with additional protective cardboard pads. Records are placed in new inner sleeves (original inner sleeves included when available). For high-value records like this one, I place the record inside a new white die-cut jacket which is packaged next to the cover; this eliminates the possibility of spine and seam damage during shipping.

Thanks for reading, have a great day!
