Vinyl LP from 1992, mine from new
Outer sleeve shows creases and corner scuffs but there are no rips or tears. I have taken close up photos so please make sure you zoom in closely to have a good look at the sleeve on both sides. On the back something has 'scored' the sleeve but it's not gone through. It's about halfway on the back sleeve so again take a look at the pictures as they are high resolution. Inner is generic white paper sleeve with poly inner, and in recent years it has been stored in a poly sleeve.
From my own collection and test played before listing. The vinyl shows light hairlines on both sides, and there is some background noise between songs although I would say this is only slight, after all the record has been played and enjoyed over the years.
There are a few low pops (or clicks) during Girlfriend in a Coma if you listen closely, and there is a louder pop in the gap between Panic and Please Please Please but it is in the gap before the song starts. It has jumped on someone's system during 'William' but it does not jump or skip on my turntable. It does show the difference between turntables though. All I have are two pops in the 'Would you like to marry me...and if you like you can buy the ring' bit. But this is something you need to be aware of before you bid.
Please don't expect a brand new album when you buy second hand from any seller. A vinyl grading of 'Very Good' is fair for this record. It's been enjoyed, it's been played often, but it is still usable, enjoyable and very collectible. I've test played it again today before listing and I'm happy that my description is honest and accurate. Copies of this album are regularly going for £100+ but I'm going to start the bidding low with no returns. Good luck!
