Description

This is a RARE PROMOTIONAL COPY and original first pressing of the 12 inch EP "The Boy With The Thorn In His Side" b/w "Rubber Ring" and "Asleep" by THE SMITHS.  It was released in 1985 by Sire Records, USA # 0-20392.  I purchased this great record "brand-new", and as with most of my records, played it once and filed it away for safe keeping.  It is in "near mint plus" (like-new) condition.  The outer cover is in "excellent plus" condition.  There is a gold promotional stamp on the front cover.  There is tiny price sticker on the front cover.   My date of purchase (10-4-1985) is lightly written in pencil on the inner sleeve.  It is very easily erasable.  There is also an address label on the inner sleeve.  I will combine shipping charges for multiple purchases.
