Description
This superb collectible, is in at least excellent condition. It is first press, matrix number ROUGH-106-A2/B
Sleeve:
The sleeve is the much rarer than the standard grey, titled copy. This is embossed, MINT GREEN. To add to it's scarcity, it also has a SEA GREEN spine. The condition of it is fantastic. There are no rips, marks, inscriptions, or otherwise. There is very minor wear, or creasing, to 3 corners, but this is barely noticeable. There's also a very feint crease running on the front cover, from the middle of the spine to the bottom, left edge. Again, this is slight. The back of the sleeve, again, does have tiny edge wear but this really doesn't compromise the overall condition. The spine itself is still flat and square, with clarity to the letters-i.e. no fading.
Now to the title:
It is PERFECT, apart from a shadow of the original price sticker, from the edge of the H, across to the top of the S, in SMITHS.

Vinyl:
The vinyl is at least excellent-I would say near mint- and plays superbly well. There's the odd click but nothing too strenuous. It's also very clean and although there are very fine indications of play, these certainly don't affect the sound quality. The labels are both very clean, with little sign of wear, particularly to the paper but the spindle holes do show the tiniest signs of friction use.
Inner sleeve:
The inner PAPER sleeve has no rips, stains or creases and I think that it's near pristine, given it's fragility and age.
Overall, this would enhance any serious record collection-not just those purely devoted to the Smiths, or Morrissey. If you have ANY questions, feel free to contact me.
